SCRIPTORIUM
Formally introduced to Calligraphy in early 2023, Rachael’s fingers have been stained by ink ever since. In search of the most elegant letterforms, learning new scripts and techniques is the fuel for her conquest. Below are commissions and passion projects that have been developed along the way, along with a small developing blog of ramblings in the calligraphic subject. Want to commission me? Click below
The calligraphic community must be given credit in this adventure. The community is so welcoming, charitable, and helpful. Thank you to Society of Scribes, Nina Tran, Barry Morentz, Debra Dick, Chi Nguyen, and the online calligraphy community.

Despite the right-handed propaganda machine, ink smudges, scissors, and nuns with rulers, lefties persist. The Latin alphabet, while not intentionally designed for right-handed use, was designed in a way that prefers the writer to be right-handed.
